When someone enrols on your website, the placement test can be in their inbox before they have closed the page. One call from your system does it.

One call: register and send

Your system sends the candidate’s name, e-mail address and the language. NGPT creates the candidate if they are new, sends the invitation, and answers with the candidate’s personal link.

You find your school’s key and the full address in the portal under Settings, Integration. A new key can be made at any time; the old one stops working at once.

Candidate already known: No duplicate is made; the test goes to the existing candidate.
Test already waiting: Nothing new is sent, and the answer says so (status 409).
No tests left: The call is refused (status 402) and nothing is sent.
Optional fields: Phone number and date of birth.
Languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, by name or by code (en, de, it, es, fr).

Anything that can send a web request can send a test: your enrolment form, a CRM, or an automation service that connects the tools you already use.

Results

Every school reads results in the portal and exports them as a spreadsheet. On the subscription plan, your system can also read each test and its result, fetch the result as a PDF, send the candidate back to your website afterwards, and receive a signed notice when a test is finished.
